Job summary

UniFirst First Aid + Safety is seeking a reliable Territory Manager to manage and service a defined customer base within a designated territory. The role involves visiting 10–15 customers daily in a company vehicle, developing a strategic plan for daily sales, and maintaining promotional materials and reports.

The position offers on-the-job training, a standard 5-day work week with two days off, and opportunities for career growth within the UniFirst family.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of B2B sales experience or equivalent preferred.
• Valid non-commercial driver’s license and safe driving record required.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Basic computer and tablet skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent and timely service to customers in your territory.
• Service 10-15 customers per day in a company vehicle.
• Organize and implement a “work plan” to maximize daily sales and reduce mileage.
• Maintain promotional materials, flyers, and business cards.
• Submit paperwork and reports promptly and accurately.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine maintenance reporting.
