Job summary

UniFirst First Aid + Safety is seeking a Territory Manager to service and manage customer relationships within a defined region. The role includes running a company vehicle on a 5-day work week with on‑the‑job training provided.

You will regularly service 10–15 customers daily, organize a sales plan to maximize daily revenue, and maintain vehicle and paperwork in line with company policy. Comprehensive benefits and ongoing training further support this role.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of B2B sales experience or equivalent is preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years or older.
• Valid non-commercial driver’s license and safe driving record is required.
• Knowledgeable in basic computer and tablet skills and proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent and timely service to customers in your territory.
• Service 10–15 customers per day in a company vehicle.
• Organize and implement a “work plan” for maximizing daily sales and decreasing mileage between calls.
• Maintain an adequate supply of promotional materials, flyers, and business cards.
• Keep handheld computer data updated and in compliance with company policy.
