Job summary

BD is seeking a Targeted Temperature Management Territory Manager to grow sales in the Louisville, CO area, covering hospital, clinic, and Critical Care settings. The role focuses on Key Accounts and EMR-interoperability solutions, with emphasis on clinical excellence and territory development.

The position requires a BS/BA with 5+ years of sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• BS/BS with 5+ years of sales experience (Graduate degree preferred).
• Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license and meet auto safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales revenue to exceed established priorities and revenue targets.
• Define and develop sustainable new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain sustainable strategic relationships in key accounts.
• Perform product demonstrations, customer education, and in-service as required.
• Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual plans designed to meet revenue targets.
• Develop and maintain clinical knowledge within disease states.
• Maintain territory management and selling skills.
• Deliver sales training to inside and field sales employees and channel partners.
• Present sales modules and training at new hire classes and sales meetings.
• Control expenses within territory budgets and follow BD policies.
• Maintain open communication with sales team, customer service, management, and home office staff.
• Demonstrate commitment to patient safety and product quality per BD policies.
• Complete administrative duties including call reports and monthly results.
• Develop and maintain accurate customer and account files.
• Attend and represent BD at medical conferences.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
