They are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to cover Southern California

This is an excellent opportunity for a capital equipment sales professional who enjoys working directly with physicians and private practices while developing new business across a large geographic territory.

Position Overview:

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and new business development within optometry and ophthalmology practices throughout the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate brings a strong hunter mentality, experience selling capital equipment into physician offices, and the ability to manage a large territory independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, and private practice decision-makers
• Prospect and generate new business within independent eye care practices and clinics
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to physicians and staff

• $100K Base Salary
• $228K On-Target Earnings
