JW & Associates seeks a Territory Sales Manager to drive revenue in Southern California. You will engage optometrists and ophthalmologists, demonstrate leading diagnostic systems, and expand business across a broad territory.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in medical device or capital equipment sales.
• Experience selling into physician offices/private practices.
• Background in eye care, dental, aesthetics, or healthcare capital equipment desirable.
• Demonstrated track record of sales success.
• Strong prospecting and new business development skills.
• Ability to manage a large geographic territory independently.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, and private practice decision-makers.
• Prospect and generate new business within independent eye care practices and clinics.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to physicians and staff.
• Maintain consistent pipeline activity and territory planning.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure strong customer support and account success.
