Job summary

JW & Associates is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for a leading diagnostic technology provider serving optometry and ophthalmology practices across a large Western territory. You will engage physicians, conduct product demonstrations, and develop new business with private practices and clinics.

You should bring 3–5+ years of medical device or capital equipment sales experience, a hunter mentality, and the ability to manage a broad territory independently while

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of medical device or capital equipment sales experience.
• Experience selling into physician offices, private practices is preferred.
• Background in eye care, healthcare capital equipment is desirable.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, and private practice decision-makers.
• Prospect and generate new business within independent eye care practices and clinics.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to physicians and staff.
• Maintain consistent pipeline activity and territory planning.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure strong customer support and account success.
