Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Self-starter with initiative and a career in sales.
• Clear, professional communicator able to build rapport quickly.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Strong collaborator in a fast-paced team.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and basic digital systems.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ideal location: Minneapolis/Southern MN; open to Midwest relocation.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ within the region.

Responsibilities

• Service existing accounts and identify new business with Territory Sales Managers.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers; tailor solutions.
• Develop knowledge of core products: windows, doors, siding, trim.
• Utilize CRM and order-entry tools to manage data and activities.
• Collaborate with inside sales on quoting and order processing.
• Participate in customer meetings, site visits, and field support.
