Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an Associate Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across a Minnesota-based territory. You will support Territory Sales Managers, engage customers with tailored solutions, and deepen product knowledge across windows, doors, siding, and trim.

You’ll collaborate with inside sales and field teams, use CRM tools for data and quoting, and travel roughly half of the time to meet clients and perform site visits.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using CRM and quoting tools to manage data and workflows.
• Willingness to travel ~50% across the Midwest region.

Responsibilities

• Sales Support: assist Territory Sales Managers to service accounts and seek new business.
• Customer Engagement: build lasting relationships and tailor solutions.
• Product Knowledge: develop expertise in windows, doors, siding, and trim.
• CRM & Sales Tools: use CRM systems and order-entry tools effectively.
• Inside Sales Collaboration: work with inside sales on quotes and orders.
• Field Experience: join meetings and site visits with Territory Sales and Regional Managers.
