Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Minnesota is seeking an Associate Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth across the assigned territory. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Self-starter with initiative and desire to grow a sales career.
• Clear and professional communicator with ability to build rapport.
• Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills; customer-focused mindset.
• Comfortable using CRM, quoting tools, and basic digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Sales Support: service existing accounts and identify opportunities for new business.
• Customer Engagement: build and maintain relationships, understand needs, provide tailored solutions.
• Product Expertise: develop knowledge of core product lines (windows, doors, siding, trim).
• CRM & Sales Tools: use CRM and order-entry tools to manage data and activities.
• Inside Sales Collaboration: coordinate with inside sales and operations on quoting and orders.
• Field Experience: participate in customer meetings, site visits, and field support with regional teams.
