Are you a motivated sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager, responsible for growing our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.

As a Territory Sales Manager, your role involves developing and executing a strategic sales plan focused on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will build lasting customer relationships through regular communication and excellent service, using Salesforce CRM to manage performance and interactions. Staying informed on market trends and competitors, you will provide consultative solutions, prepare competitive quotes, and negotiate terms to meet customer needs and maximize profits. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure seamless project execution, keep accurate sales records, and meet performance goals through effective time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  1. Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan targeting outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
  2. Pipeline Management: Maintain and grow a sales pipeline by identifying top prospects and market segments, focusing on high-value projects.
  3. Customer Relationships: Build and sustain long-term partnerships by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions, utilizing Salesforce CRM.
  4. Market & Product Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors, conducting research to identify growth opportunities.
  5. Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative approach to offer competitive pricing and value-based solutions, preparing accurate quotes and negotiating terms.
  6. Performance Reporting: Use CRM tools to track sales performance and generate reports, ensuring goals are met.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work with operations and support teams to deliver excellent customer service and support team members as needed.
What You Possess for Success:

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems like Salesforce and sales tracking tools.
Skills & Experience:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience with 1+ year outbound prospecting or at WillScot.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits, primarily outbound cold-calling from the office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles.
  • Leasing experience is a plus but not required.
  • A consultative, solution-selling approach is advantageous.
