Are you a motivated sales professional passionate about prospecting, relationship-building, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager to grow our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.

As a Territory Sales Manager, your responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sales plans, focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will build lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service, utilizing Salesforce CRM to manage interactions. Staying informed on market trends and competitors, you will provide consultative solutions, prepare competitive quotes, and negotiate to maximize profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure seamless project execution. You will also maintain accurate sales records and meet performance goals through effective time management in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to generate new business, emphasizing outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
  2. Pipeline Management: Maintain and expand a sales pipeline by identifying top prospects and market segments, focusing on high-value projects.
  3. Customer Relationships: Build long-term partnerships by understanding customer needs, recommending tailored solutions, and providing excellent service. Use Salesforce CRM for tracking.
  4. Market & Product Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors, conducting market research to identify growth opportunities.
  5. Consultative Selling: Use a consultative approach to offer competitive pricing and value-based solutions, preparing accurate quotes and negotiating terms.
  6. Performance Reporting: Use CRM to maintain detailed sales records and generate performance reports, tracking key metrics to achieve goals.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work with operations and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide leadership when needed.
What You Possess for Success:

Skills & Experience:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; 1+ year outbound prospecting experience or 1+ year at WillScot.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits; role based in the branch with mostly outbound calls.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles.
  • Leasing experience is a plus but not required.
  • A consultative, solution-oriented sales approach is advantageous.
