Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager to grow our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will build long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service, using Salesforce CRM to manage performance and interactions. Staying informed on market trends and competitors, you'll provide consultative selling solutions, prepare competitive quotes, and negotiate terms to maximize profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure seamless project execution, and you'll maintain accurate sales records to meet performance goals through effective time management in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities of This Role Include:
  1. Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
  2. Pipeline Management: Maintain and grow a sales pipeline by identifying prospects and converting leads into high-value projects.
  3. Customer Relationships: Build partnerships by understanding customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and delivering excellent service. Use Salesforce CRM for tracking.
  4. Market & Product Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and conduct market research for growth opportunities.
  5. Consultative Selling: Use a consultative approach to offer competitive pricing and solutions, preparing accurate quotes and negotiating terms.
  6. Performance Reporting: Use CRM to maintain sales records and generate reports to track progress.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work with operations and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide leadership when needed.
What You Possess for Success:

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems like Salesforce and tracking sales performance.
Skills & Experience:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent with 1+ year outbound prospecting experience or 1+ year at WillScot.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits; role is primarily outbound cold-calling (~80%).
  • Professional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles.
  • Leasing experience is a plus but not required.
  • A consultative, solution-based selling approach is advantageous.
