Are you a motivated sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager and take charge of expanding our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will develop and implement a strategic sales plan focused on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will foster long-term customer relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service, utilizing Salesforce CRM for performance management and customer interactions. Staying informed on market trends and competitors, you will provide consultative solutions, prepare competitive quotes, and negotiate terms to maximize profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure smooth project execution, alongside maintaining accurate sales records and meeting performance targets through effective time management in a dynamic environment.

This posting is an ongoing opportunity, allowing interested candidates to express interest for future roles in various cities when they become available.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focusing on outbound prospecting (80%), inbound lead conversion (20%), and account development.
  2. Pipeline Management: Maintain and expand a sales pipeline by identifying prospects, market segments, and industries; convert leads into high-value projects.
  3. Customer Relationships: Build lasting partnerships by understanding customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and providing excellent service. Use Salesforce CRM to track interactions.
  4. Market & Product Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors. Conduct research to identify growth opportunities and provide insights to management.
  5. Consultative Selling: Use a consultative approach to offer competitive pricing and value-based solutions. Prepare accurate quotes and negotiate terms to meet client and business needs.
  6. Performance Reporting: Use CRM to maintain sales records and generate reports. Monitor key metrics to ensure goal achievement.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work with operations and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide leadership and support to team members as needed.

Skills & Experience:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; 1+ year outbound prospecting or sales experience, or 1+ year at WillScot.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits; role based in the branch with approximately 80% outbound cold-calling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles.
  • Leasing experience is a plus but not required.
  • A consultative, solution-oriented sales approach is advantageous.
