Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager, where you will grow our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.

As a Territory Sales Manager, your responsibilities include developing and executing a strategic sales plan, prospecting, lead conversion, maintaining a sales pipeline, building customer relationships using Salesforce CRM, staying informed on market trends, providing consultative solutions, preparing quotes, negotiating, and collaborating with teams to ensure project success. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate sales records and achieving performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan, focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
  2. Pipeline Management: Maintain and grow a sales pipeline, converting leads into sales with high-value projects.
  3. Customer Relationships: Build long-term partnerships, understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  4. Market & Product Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and conduct market research to identify opportunities.
  5. Consultative Selling: Offer competitive pricing and value-based solutions, prepare quotes, and negotiate terms.
  6. Performance Reporting: Use CRM to track sales performance and generate reports.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and support team members as needed.

Skills & Experience:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience with 1+ year outbound prospecting or at WillScot.
  • Ability to travel 10%-20% for field visits; role primarily based in the branch with outbound cold-calling.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles.
  • Leasing experience is a plus but not required.
  • Solution-selling approach preferred.
