Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager and take ownership of growing our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business by developing and executing a strategic sales plan, focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will build long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service, utilizing Salesforce CRM to manage performance and customer interactions. Staying informed on market trends and competitor activities, you will provide consultative selling solutions, prepare competitive quotes, and negotiate terms that meet customer needs while maximizing profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure seamless project execution, along with maintaining accurate sales records and meeting performance goals through effective time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and grow a sales pipeline by identifying prospects and converting leads into sales, focusing on high-value projects.
  • Customer Relationships: Build partnerships by understanding customer needs, recommending solutions, and delivering exceptional service. Use Salesforce CRM for tracking.
  • Market & Product Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative approach, prepare accurate quotes, and negotiate terms.
  • Performance Reporting: Use CRM to maintain sales records and generate performance reports, tracking key metrics.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with operational and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide leadership as needed.

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; 1+ year outbound prospecting or relevant experience.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits; role based in the branch with 80% outbound calling.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles.
  • Leasing experience is a plus but not required.
  • A consultative, solution-selling approach is advantageous.
