Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager and take ownership of growing our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will build lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service, utilizing Salesforce CRM to manage performance and interactions. Staying informed on market trends and competitors, you will provide consultative selling solutions, prepare competitive quotes, and negotiate terms to maximize profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure seamless project execution, with a focus on maintaining accurate sales records and meeting performance goals through effective time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to generate new business, focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
  2. Pipeline Management: Maintain and grow a sales pipeline by identifying top prospects and market segments, converting leads into high-value projects.
  3. Customer Relationships: Build and sustain long-term partnerships by understanding customer needs, recommending tailored solutions, and providing exceptional service. Use Salesforce CRM for tracking performance and managing relationships.
  4. Market & Product Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities; conduct research to identify growth opportunities and provide insights to management.
  5. Consultative Selling: Use a consultative approach to offer competitive pricing and value-based solutions, preparing accurate quotes and negotiating terms that meet customer and business needs.
  6. Performance Reporting: Utilize CRM software to record sales activities and generate reports, tracking key metrics to ensure goal achievement.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, providing leadership and support to team members as needed.

Skills & Experience:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience with 1+ year outbound prospecting or sales experience.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits, with minimal overnight stays. Role primarily involves outbound cold-calling from the office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles.
  • Leasing experience is a plus but not required.
  • A consultative, solution-oriented sales approach is advantageous.
