Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager and take ownership of growing our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.

As a Territory Sales Manager, your responsibilities include developing and executing a strategic sales plan focused on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. You will build lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service, utilizing Salesforce CRM to manage performance and interactions. Staying informed on market trends and competitor activities, you will provide consultative selling solutions, prepare competitive quotes, and negotiate terms to meet customer needs while maximizing profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure seamless project execution, along with maintaining accurate sales records and meeting performance goals through effective time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

This posting is an ongoing opportunity, allowing interested individuals to express interest for future roles in various cities when they become available.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
  2. Pipeline Management: Maintain and expand a sales pipeline by identifying top prospects and market segments, converting leads into high-value projects.
  3. Customer Relationships: Build and sustain partnerships by understanding customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and delivering exceptional service, tracking interactions via Salesforce CRM.
  4. Market & Product Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors, conducting research to identify growth opportunities and provide insights to management.
  5. Consultative Selling: Use a consultative approach to offer competitive pricing and value-based solutions, preparing accurate quotes and negotiating terms.
  6. Performance Reporting: Use CRM tools to record sales activities and generate reports, tracking key metrics to ensure goal achievement.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction, providing leadership and support as needed.
Qualifications for Success:
  • Persistent & Driven: Committed to results and motivated by challenging targets.
  • Customer-centric: Focused on understanding and meeting customer needs with tailored solutions.
  • Adaptable & Resilient: Able to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing time effectively to balance prospecting, visits, and closing deals.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM systems like Salesforce and sales tracking tools.
Skills & Experience:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience, with at least 1 year of outbound prospecting or relevant experience.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits, primarily conducting outbound calls from the office with minimal overnight travel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles.
  • Leasing experience is a plus but not required.
  • A consultative, solution-oriented sales approach is advantageous.
