Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager to grow our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans, focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a sales pipeline. You will build lasting customer relationships through communication and exceptional service, utilizing Salesforce CRM. Staying informed on market trends and competitors, you will provide consultative selling solutions, prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. You will also maintain accurate sales records and meet performance goals through effective time management and adaptability.

This posting is an ongoing opportunity, allowing interested individuals to express interest for future openings in selected cities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  1. Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and implement sales strategies focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
  2. Pipeline Management: Maintain and grow a sales pipeline by identifying prospects and market segments, converting leads into sales.
  3. Customer Relationships: Build long-term partnerships by understanding customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and using Salesforce CRM.
  4. Market & Product Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and conduct market research for growth opportunities.
  5. Consultative Selling: Use a consultative approach to offer competitive pricing, prepare quotes, and negotiate deals.
  6. Performance Reporting: Use CRM to track sales performance and generate reports.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work with operations and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide leadership when needed.
QUALITIES FOR SUCCESS:
  • Persistent & Driven: Results-oriented with a motivation for challenging targets.
  • Customer-centric: Focused on understanding and fulfilling customer needs.
  • Adaptable & Resilient: Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing time effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems like Salesforce and analyzing sales data.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent with 1+ year outbound prospecting or sales experience.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits; role is primarily based in the branch with outbound calls.
  • Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles; leasing experience is a plus.
  • A consultative, solution-selling approach is advantageous.
