Are you a motivated sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager, responsible for growing our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans, focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will build lasting customer relationships through regular communication and excellent service, using Salesforce CRM to manage performance and interactions. Staying informed on market trends and competitors, you will provide consultative solutions, prepare competitive quotes, and negotiate terms to maximize profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams ensures seamless project execution, and maintaining accurate sales records helps meet performance goals through effective time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

This posting is an ongoing opportunity, allowing interested individuals to express interest for future openings in selected cities.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  1. Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and implement sales strategies focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
  2. Pipeline Management: Maintain and expand a sales pipeline, identifying top prospects and high-value projects.
  3. Customer Relationships: Build and sustain long-term partnerships, understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions, tracking interactions via Salesforce CRM.
  4. Market & Product Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors; conduct market research for growth opportunities.
  5. Consultative Selling: Use a consultative approach to offer competitive pricing and value-based solutions, preparing quotes and negotiating terms.
  6. Performance Reporting: Use CRM to record sales activities and generate reports to track progress and results.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction, providing leadership when needed.
What You Need for Success:
  • Persistent & Driven: Committed to achieving results and motivated by challenging targets.
  • Customer-centric: Focused on understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • Adaptable & Resilient: Able to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing time effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems like Salesforce and performance tracking.
Skills & Experience:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; 1+ year outbound prospecting or sales experience, or experience with WillScot.
  • Ability to travel 10-20%, primarily for field visits, with minimal overnight stays. Role is based in the branch, with ~80% outbound calling.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles.
  • Leasing experience is helpful but not required.
  • A consultative, solution-oriented sales approach is advantageous.
