Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager to grow our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.

In this role, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans, focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. Building lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service, you'll utilize Salesforce CRM to manage performance and customer interactions. Staying informed on market trends and competitor activities, you'll provide consultative selling solutions, prepare competitive quotes, and negotiate terms that meet customer needs while maximizing profitability. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution, maintaining accurate sales records, and meeting performance goals will be key to your success.

This is an ongoing posting to allow interested candidates to express interest in future roles when they open in selected cities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
  2. Pipeline Management: Maintain and grow a sales pipeline by identifying prospects and converting leads into high-value projects.
  3. Customer Relationships: Build long-term partnerships by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions, using Salesforce CRM for tracking.
  4. Market & Product Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
  5. Consultative Selling: Offer value-based solutions, prepare accurate quotes, and negotiate terms that satisfy both parties.
  6. Performance Reporting: Use CRM to track sales performance and generate reports to monitor progress.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work with operations and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide leadership when needed.
Qualifications for Success:
  • Persistent, driven, and results-oriented.
  • Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems like Salesforce and sales tracking tools.
Skills & Experience:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent with 1+ year outbound prospecting experience or experience at WillScot.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits; role primarily based in the branch with outbound calling.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Experience in high-volume, transactional sales cycles.
  • Leasing experience is a plus but not required.
  • Solution-selling approach preferred.
