Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager to grow our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans, focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will build lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service, using Salesforce CRM to manage performance and interactions. Staying informed on market trends and competitors, you will provide consultative selling, prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. Maintaining accurate records and meeting performance goals through effective time management in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  1. Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and implement strategic plans focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
  2. Pipeline Management: Maintain and grow a sales pipeline by identifying prospects and converting leads into high-value projects.
  3. Customer Relationships: Build partnerships by understanding needs, offering tailored solutions, and utilizing Salesforce CRM.
  4. Market & Product Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and conduct research to identify growth opportunities.
  5. Consultative Selling: Employ a solution-based approach, prepare quotes, and negotiate effectively.
  6. Performance Reporting: Use CRM to track sales and generate reports to meet goals.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work with operational and support teams to deliver excellent customer service and provide leadership when needed.

Skills & Experience:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent with 1+ year outbound prospecting or sales experience.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits, primarily outbound cold-calling from the office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Experience in high-volume, transactional sales cycles.
  • Leasing experience is a plus but not required.
  • A consultative, solution-selling approach is advantageous.
