Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager to grow our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans, focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. You will build lasting customer relationships through communication and exceptional service, utilizing Salesforce CRM to manage performance and interactions. Staying informed on market trends and competitors, you will provide consultative solutions, prepare quotes, and negotiate terms to maximize profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure seamless project execution, and maintaining accurate sales records will help you meet performance goals through effective time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and implement sales strategies focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
  2. Pipeline Management: Maintain and expand a sales pipeline by identifying prospects, segments, and industries, converting leads into high-value sales.
  3. Customer Relationships: Build and sustain long-term partnerships by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions, using Salesforce CRM.
  4. Market & Product Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors. Conduct research to identify growth opportunities.
  5. Consultative Selling: Use a consultative approach to offer competitive pricing and value-based solutions, preparing quotes and negotiating to meet customer and business needs.
  6. Performance Reporting: Use CRM to track sales activities, generate reports, and monitor key performance metrics.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations and support teams to ensure excellent customer experience and provide leadership support as needed.

Skills & Experience:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent with 1+ years outbound prospecting or sales experience.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits; role primarily based in the branch with outbound calling.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles.
  • Leasing experience is a plus but not required.
  • Solution-selling approach preferred.
