Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager to grow our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will drive new business by developing and executing a strategic sales plan focused on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will build lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service, using Salesforce CRM to manage performance and customer interactions. Staying informed about market trends and competitors, you will provide consultative selling solutions, prepare competitive quotes, and negotiate terms that meet customer needs while maximizing profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure seamless project execution. You will also maintain accurate sales records and meet performance goals through effective time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  1. Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
  2. Pipeline Management: Maintain and expand a sales pipeline by identifying prospects and market segments, converting leads into sales, focusing on high-value projects.
  3. Customer Relationships: Build long-term partnerships by understanding customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and providing excellent service. Use Salesforce CRM to track interactions.
  4. Market & Product Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors. Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and provide insights to management.
  5. Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative approach, prepare accurate quotes, and negotiate terms that align with customer and business needs.
  6. Performance Reporting: Use CRM to maintain detailed sales records and generate reports. Track key metrics to ensure goal achievement.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide leadership and support as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; 1+ year outbound prospecting experience or 1+ year at WillScot.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits; role based in the branch with ~80% outbound cold-calling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles.
  • Leasing experience is a plus but not required.
  • A consultative, solution-selling approach is advantageous.
