Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager and take ownership of growing our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will develop and execute a strategic sales plan focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a sales pipeline. You will build long-lasting customer relationships through communication and exceptional service, using Salesforce CRM to manage performance and interactions. Staying informed on market trends and competitors, you will provide consultative selling solutions, prepare competitive quotes, and negotiate terms that meet customer needs while maximizing profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure seamless project execution, and you will be expected to meet performance goals through effective time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  1. Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and execute a sales plan focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
  2. Pipeline Management: Maintain and grow a sales pipeline by identifying prospects and converting leads into sales, focusing on high-value projects.
  3. Customer Relationships: Build partnerships by understanding needs, recommending solutions, and providing excellent service, using Salesforce CRM.
  4. Market & Product Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and conduct research to identify growth opportunities.
  5. Consultative Selling: Use a consultative approach to offer competitive pricing and solutions, preparing accurate quotes and negotiating terms.
  6. Performance Reporting: Use CRM to track sales performance and generate reports to meet goals.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work with operations and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide leadership when needed.

Skills and Experience:
  • High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience with 1+ year outbound prospecting or at WillScot.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits; role is primarily based in the office with outbound cold-calling.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles.
  • Leasing experience is a plus but not required.
  • A consultative, solution-oriented sales approach is beneficial.
