Are you a motivated sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager, responsible for expanding our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans, focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. You will build lasting customer relationships through communication and exceptional service, using Salesforce CRM to track interactions. Staying informed about market trends and competitors, you will provide consultative solutions, prepare quotes, and negotiate deals to maximize profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure seamless project execution, and maintaining accurate records and meeting performance goals will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and implement strategic plans to generate new business, primarily through outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
  2. Pipeline Management: Maintain and grow a sales pipeline by identifying prospects and market segments, focusing on high-value projects.
  3. Customer Relationships: Build and sustain customer partnerships by understanding needs and delivering tailored solutions, utilizing Salesforce CRM.
  4. Market & Product Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and conduct research to identify growth opportunities.
  5. Consultative Selling: Employ a solution-oriented approach, offer competitive pricing, and negotiate terms that benefit both parties.
  6. Performance Reporting: Use CRM tools to track sales activities and generate reports to monitor progress towards goals.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide leadership as needed.

Skills & Experience:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; 1+ year outbound prospecting experience or experience at WillScot.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits; role primarily involves outbound cold-calling from the office.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles.
  • Leasing experience is a plus but not required.
  • A consultative, solution-selling approach is advantageous.
