Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Business Manager for our Advanced Surgery division.

You will represent Baxter on-site, building trust with doctors and nurses, and promoting our hemostats, sealing, and tissue products across a defined geography. You will drive sales through direct customer engagement, educate physicians on product use, and coordinate with hospital teams to meet clinical and economic needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience, or 8+ years of operating room sales experience.
• Hospital-based selling in OR and leading a large territory is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong analytical and social skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieving sales quotas through direct sale of all products and services.
• Growing awareness and educating physicians on on-label procedures and product benefits.
• Calling on prospective customers and providing technical and administrative product information or demonstrations.
• Maintaining effective relationships with customers and meeting internal/external expectations.
• Monitoring sales against forecasts and assessing market potential in the territory.
• Coordinating with hospital administration, supply chain, materials management, and purchasing.
• Providing feedback for marketing programs and product-line revisions, including pricing changes.
• Able to work autonomously and communicate with management remotely.
