Job summary

Baxter International Inc. in the United States is seeking a Territory Business Manager for our Advanced Surgery portfolio.

You will represent Baxter on-site, build trusted relationships with doctors and nurses, and promote our hemostats, sealing, and tissue products across an assigned geography. The role requires 3+ years in related OR sales or 8+ years with OR sales, a Bachelor's or higher, and willingness to travel 50% across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or 8+ years OR high school degree
• Proven hospital-based OR selling experience and territory leadership
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Achieving sales quotas through direct sale of all products and services
• Growing awareness and educating physicians on proper use of products
• Calling on prospective customers, providing product information and/or demonstrations
• Maintaining strong relationships with customers and meeting expectations
• Monitoring sales against forecasts and assessing market potential
• Coordinating with hospital administration and procurement
• Supporting team efforts beyond own scope of responsibilities
• Providing feedback for marketing and pricing decisions
• Work autonomously while communicating with management
