Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Territory Business Manager for the Advanced Surgery division. You will represent Baxter on site with healthcare professionals, promoting hemostats, sealing, and tissue products across a defined geography.

You will build trust with doctors and nurses, educate on product use, and drive sales while collaborating with hospital teams to meet clinical and economic needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 3+ years of relevant OR 8+ years of operating room sales experience.
• Experience with hospital-based selling in the operating room and leading a large territory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong analytical and social skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas through direct sale of products and services.
• Educate physicians on on-label use and features/benefits of Baxter products.
• Call on prospective customers, provide technical information and demonstrations.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and meet their expectations.
