Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Territory Executive to identify leads, prospect and close new and profitable business in a designated market outside urban areas. You will sell the full suite of Republic Services products, including waste, recycling and total waste stream management solutions.

You will regularly meet with clients, present solutions, and use Salesforce to manage activities and follow ups. Strong sales, relationship building and cold-calling skills are essential to exceed revenue

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant sales experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct selling experience in a customer-facing role.
• Waste or service industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify viable leads and acquire new profitable commercial, industrial and recycling business.
• Build long-term relationships to retain customers and loyalty.
• Respond to leads quickly and document next steps in Salesforce.
• Deliver sales presentations to new and existing clients to close sales.
• Proactively prospect with cold calls and scheduled blocks to set appointments.
• Maintain knowledge of services and pricing to upsell total waste stream solutions.
• Attend trade shows and community events to increase company visibility.
