Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Territory Executive to identify leads, prospect, and sell a full suite of waste and recycling services in assigned markets. The role emphasizes meeting revenue targets, presenting to clients, and expanding within new and existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant sales experience.
• Minimum of 2 years direct selling experience in a customer-facing role.
• Waste or service industry experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Identify viable leads and acquire profitable commercial, industrial and recycling business to meet revenue goals.
• Maintain and retain customers through long-term relationships and loyalty.
• Follow up on leads within 2 hours and document next steps in Salesforce.
• Perform contractual re-signs to extend relationships and profitability.
• Respond to cancellation requests per policy and support pricing initiatives.
• Deliver sales presentations and close with key decision makers.
