Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead in-store execution across assigned accounts in Georgia within the United States. You will drive Direct Store Delivery, optimize displays, and build strong relationships with store personnel to deliver top-tier service.

This role requires 3–5 years of selling experience, a valid driver’s license, and a flexible schedule including weekends. A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong sales background.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Drug test, MVR check, and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across accounts.
• Lead a team of Merchandisers with coaching and development responsibilities.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and in-store merchandising programs.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and HQ programs.
• Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and needs.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with store personnel for top-tier service.
• Coordinate merchandizers and order writers to maximize shelf impact and sales volume.
