Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive in-store execution across assigned Georgia markets. You’ll lead Direct Store Delivery, build relationships with store personnel, and energize the territory with strategic merchandising and sales programs.

The role requires 3-5 years selling experience, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to work weekends. Base salary ranges from $56,200 to $77,275 with bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED required, college degree highly preferred
• A flexible work schedule is required, including being able to work weekends and holidays
• 3-5 years of selling experience including a strong sales background with excellent understanding of business processes and systems
• Ability to perform physical activities (frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., pushing, pulling, etc.)
• Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and general background check
• Mondelez International also offers a company vehicle, which includes a gas card and vehicle maintenance program.
• Successful candidate must be located within 40 miles of above specified cities.

Responsabilités

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead a team of Merchandisers from hiring to performance development.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and secure incremental opportunities and HQ programs.
• Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and customer needs to fuel territory expansion.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with store personnel to identify opportunities and deliver top-tier service.
• Strategically deploy merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact and sales volume.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management in collaboration with FTOWs.
• Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive results.
• Stay compliant with Mondelēz International’s safety and operational guidelines
