Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 with a valid state driver’s license.
• HS diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule; ability to work weekends and holidays.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong business acumen.
• Physical requirements: lift up to 25 lbs; occasional up to 50 lbs.
• Successful completion of drug test, MVR and background check.
• Company vehicle with gas card and maintenance program.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead and coach a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities in-store.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers.
• Plan data-driven strategies to grow the territory.
• Develop strong partnerships with store personnel.
• Deploy Merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact.
• Oversee product ordering and display execution with FTOWs.
• Design and execute a smart store schedule.
• Operate within Mondelēz safety and operational guidelines.
