Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; strong retail or sales experience.
• Ability to operate within a fast-paced sales environment with stakeholders.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead a team of Merchandisers and Order Writers from hiring to coaching.
• Ensure flawless rollout of priorities and in-store merchandising programs.
• Provide on-site sales consultations and secure incremental opportunities.
• Plan data-driven strategies based on store demographics and needs.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel and HQ partners.
• Optimize resource deployment to maximize shelf impact and volume.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables handling.
• Design a smart store cadence to strengthen relationships and results.
• Operate within Mondelēz International safety and guidelines.
