Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead Direct Store Delivery execution and in-store success across Georgia. You’ll drive sales and strengthen retailer partnerships while coaching Merchandisers and coordinating display programs.

Responsibilities include hitting monthly targets, optimizing store execution, and leveraging data to grow the territory. The role requires travel within designated cities and a flexible schedule; base pay ranges from $56,200 to $77,275 with

Qualificações

• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong understanding of business processes and systems.
• Ability to perform physical activities (lifting up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs).
• Mondelez International offers a company vehicle with gas card and maintenance program.

Responsabilidades

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across assigned accounts.
• Lead a team of Merchandisers from hiring and coaching to performance development.
• Drive flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store.
• Provide expert, on-site sales consultation to customers and execute HQ programs.
• Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and customer needs.
• Build partnerships with store personnel to identify opportunities and deliver top-tier service.
• Optimize resources by deploying merchandizers and order writers.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management in collaboration with FTOWs.
• Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive results.
• Operate safely and within Mondelēz International’s guidelines.
