Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead in-store execution and Direct Store Delivery across your Georgia territory. You’ll build strong relationships with store teams, optimize displays, and drive sales growth for iconic brands like Oreo and Chips Ahoy!

Located in the United States, this full-time role requires a driver's license, willingness to work weekends, and the ability to travel within 40 miles of listed cities.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED required, college degree highly preferred.
• A flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong understanding of business processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Hit the Numbers: Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across assigned accounts.
• Lead with Impact: Manage and inspire a team of merchandisers from hiring and coaching to performance development.
• Drive Execution Excellence: Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store.
• Consult & Sell: Provide expert, on-site sales consultation to customers and HQ programs.
