Mondelēz International seeks a Retail Territory Manager to lead Direct Store Delivery execution across a Georgia territory, energizing in-store sales and relationships with retailers. The role requires 3–5 years of selling experience, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility for weekend work; a company vehicle is provided with a gas card.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of selling experience with a strong sales background.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to work weekends/holidays.
• Able to pass drug test, MVR check, and background check.
• Company vehicle with gas card provided.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead a team of Merchandisers, hiring, coaching and developing performance.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and in-store programs.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and HQ programs.
• Tailor data-driven sales strategies to local store demographics.
• Cultivate partnerships with store personnel to deliver service.
• Deploy merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables handling.
• Design and execute a smart store cadence to drive results.
