Mondelez International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead in-store execution, drive Direct Store Delivery, and energize a territory across Oregon. You will build relationships with store personnel, optimize displays, and execute HQ programs while managing a team of merchandisers.
You will monitor sales targets, deploy resources, and plan data-driven growth strategies to expand the territory and maximize shelf impact.
Competenze
- Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree highly preferred.

- Hit the Numbers: Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across assigned accounts.
- Lead with Impact: Manage and inspire a team of full-time and part-time Merchandiser from hiring and coaching to performance development.
- Drive Execution Excellence: Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store.
- Consult & Sell: Provide expert, on-site sales consultation to customers, securing incremental opportunities and HQ programs.
- Plan for Growth: Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and customer needs.
