IDEAL Industries, Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Southeast Michigan and Northern Michigan. This regular full-time position is based in Sycamore, IL, with a defined territory and the goal of expanding market presence.

You will manage distributors and end-users, develop sales plans aligned with market trends, and collaborate to drive revenue while maintaining strong customer relationships. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 2–5+ years of sales experience in tools or related

Qualificações

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 2–5+ years of experience in sales (inside, outside, field) within tools, construction, or related industry.
• Knowledge of the tools market, key players, and what drives purchasing decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Manage your defined territory and set the sales strategy to capture new markets, expand our footprint, and achieve sales targets.
• Build relationships with distributors and end-users to drive product adoption and loyalty.
• Develop and implement sales plans that align with market trends and company goals.
• Use data and market insights to refine your approach and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Partner with distributors to develop product promotion strategies.
• Train and educate trade school trainers on proper use of products.
