Job summary

UniFirst First Aid + Safety is hiring a Territory Manager to service and grow business within the assigned territory. You will manage customer relationships, execute a work plan to maximize sales, and maintain schedule adherence in a company vehicle.

The role features on‑the‑job training, an hourly wage with benefits including 401(k) with company match, health insurance, life insurance, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and discounts. Typical shifts are 5 days a week with a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of B2B sales experience or equivalent.
• Must have a valid non-commercial driver’s license.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent and timely service to customers in your territory.
• Service 10–15 customers per day in a company vehicle.
• Promote growth by cold calling and developing new business.
• Organize a work plan to maximize daily sales and reduce mileage.
• Maintain promotional materials and reports on time.
• Keep vehicle and paperwork in compliance with policy.
