Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Territory Sales Lead for the Nashville District. You will ensure flawless execution of store-level sales and promotion plans, build strong relationships with key decision makers, and analyze data to drive incremental sales across top retailers. This role emphasizes field merchandising, reporting, and collaboration with store teams.

Starting base salary is $54,000 with potential overtime and incentives. Health, retirement, vacation and other benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Education and experience requirements: GED/HS Diploma; 2-year Associate degree OR 3 years of sales experience; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Must have valid US driver's license and be able to commute within territory.
• Willingness to drive to multiple sales calls daily; able to lift 10–60 lbs; capable of bending, kneeling, crouching and manual dexterity.
• Occasional weekend work and overnight travel may be required in peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Consultative business partnering with customer Key Decision Makers (KDMs) at all levels.
• Develop and execute action plans with KDMs to increase sales and influence merchandising.
• Build and maintain relationships with KDMs to achieve sales objectives.
• Obtain and analyze store, product, and market data to guide decisions.
• Review routes and modify plans to maximize efficiency of sales calls.
• Conduct store walk-throughs to maximize display opportunities and merchandising.
• Support merchandising and promotional plan execution at the store level.
• Complete daily/weekly activity, expense, and promotions reports.
