Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. The role involves stocking, store communication, and educating staff on product lines.

The position reports to the Market Sales Manager and requires flexible scheduling including nights and weekends. Responsibilities include building rapport with store teams, training staff, and ensuring accurate execution of company policies while

Qualifications

• Lifting objects up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting up to 35 lbs, may lift up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Sitting, standing, or walking during work.
• Fine manipulation, bending, twisting, squatting, and mobility.
• Experience/comfort with electronics or technical products.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management daily.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and seasonal staff.
• Educate customers and store personnel on brand features and benefits.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Follow company policies and communicate successes or barriers to management.
• Utilize handheld device functions accurately and securely.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.
