Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers, LLC is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. The role includes project completion, stocking, and effective store communication, reporting to the Market Sales Manager.

The position requires strong leadership, experience in sales, and the ability to train and motivate teams while maintaining product knowledge across brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Conversational English required.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management during daily interactions.
• Train and develop Sales Merchandisers and fellow Territory Sales Leads.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines and benefits.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations and policies.
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Understand and use handheld device functions consistently.
