• Experience in customer service or sales environments.
• Ability to learn product lines and educate store personnel.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Train and supervise Merchandisers and seasonal staff.
• Educate customers on product features and benefits.
• Maintain high-quality store presentation to meet client expectations.
• Understand and follow company policies.
• Communicate successes or barriers to Market Sales Manager.
• Utilize handheld device effectively.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.
