The role includes training, stocking, store communication, and educating customers on product lines while maintaining high standards of work and confidentiality. Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivation are essential for success in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work nights, overnights, and weekends.
• English proficiency for effective communication with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop Merchandisers and seasonal staff.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines and benefits.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Adhere to company policies and communicate progress to leadership.
• Use handheld device effectively and protect confidentiality.
