Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. You will also manage projects, stocking, and store communications, while educating customers and staff about product lines.

You will train and mentor Sales Merchandisers and seasonal staff, build rapport with store personnel, and maintain high quality standards with a focus on meeting client goals and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management daily.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and leads.
• Educate customers and staff on product lines.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate successes or barriers to Market Sales Manager.
• Know and use handheld device functions effectively.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.
