Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, driving sales and meeting retailer and client expectations. The lead will handle project completion, stocking, and store communications, reporting to the Market Sales Manager.

Responsibilities include training staff, educating customers on product lines, and ensuring high-quality store execution while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and travel to multiple locations.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
• Minimum English proficiency for real-time communication.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and seasonal staff.
• Educate customers on product features and benefits.
• Maintain accuracy and high-quality work in stores.
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Utilize handheld device effectively.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer data.
