Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. The role includes project completion, stocking, and store communication, reporting to the Market Sales Manager.

The candidate will train staff, educate customers on product lines, and maintain high standards of quality and confidentiality across the sales area. A flexible schedule, driving, and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency required.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license; ability to travel to additional locations.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop the skills of Sales Merchandisers and other leads.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines and benefits.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Know and follow all company policies and procedures.
