Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. This role involves stocking, store communication, and educating customers on product lines while reporting to the Market Sales Manager.

The position requires flexibility in schedule, including nights and weekends, and travel to multiple locations as needed. Competitively paid with benefits for full- and part-time associates.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or sales is required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop the skills of Sales Merchandisers, Territory Sales Leads, and seasonal associates.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines and benefits of our client’s brands.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work in all areas of the store to meet client expectations.
• Have detailed knowledge of all company policies and procedures.
