Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency certification required
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license required; travel to additional locations may be necessary
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred
• Independent and self-motivated with flexible schedule including nights, overnights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and team leads
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet client expectations
• Communicate successes or barriers to Market Sales Manager
• Utilize handheld device effectively and maintain confidentiality
